AMD Ryzen 5000 Mobile (Lucienne / Cezanne / Barcelo) mini PCs

Ryzen 5000 mobile chips launched in January 2021, with Barcelo following in January 2022. They are common in consumer AMD mini PCs such as Beelink's SER5 (Ryzen 5 5600H, two DDR4 SO-DIMM slots), and desktop Cezanne GE chips such as the Ryzen 5 PRO 5650GE also appear in Lenovo's M75q Gen 2. Zen 3 models like the 5600H and 5800H have six to eight cores with SMT, plenty for a Proxmox or container host. Watch the naming: the 5500U and 5700U are older Zen 2 Lucienne designs. Media capability matches Renoir, with no AV1 decode, so pick Intel 11th gen or newer, or Ryzen 6000 or newer, if AV1 matters.
