AMD Ryzen 2000/3000 APUs (Raven Ridge / Picasso) mini PCs

These GE-series APUs power first-wave Ryzen business tiny PCs such as Lenovo's ThinkCentre M715q Gen 2 and M75q Gen 1. The 2400GE and 3400GE have four cores and eight threads at 35 W; the 2200GE and 3200GE have four cores without SMT. Windows 11 support splits by model number: the Picasso 3000-series parts are listed, the Raven Ridge 2000-series parts are not, so read the exact CPU in the listing. For Jellyfin, VCN 1.0 decodes HEVC 10-bit and VP9 but cannot encode 10-bit HEVC. They make solid Linux or Proxmox nodes.
