AMD Ryzen 4000 (Renoir) mini PCs

Renoir moved AMD's APUs to Zen 2 on a 7 nm process, and the desktop GE parts launched in July 2020 doubled the core count of a 35 W tiny PC compared with the 3400GE. A Ryzen 5 PRO 4650GE has six cores and twelve threads, and the 4750GE has eight cores. You'll find them in business minis such as Lenovo's M75q Gen 2 and HP's EliteDesk 805 G6. Windows 11 is supported. For media servers, Jellyfin lists Ryzen 4000 APUs as the first with 10-bit HEVC hardware encoding, though AMD's encoders still trail Intel Quick Sync for quality.
