Lenovo's ThinkCentre business desktops began at IBM in 2003 and moved to Lenovo when it completed its purchase of IBM's PC business in 2005. The Tiny models, such as the M720q, M920q and AMD-based M75q, are 1-liter machines built for office fleets. Lenovo's PSREF site publishes a spec sheet for each model, listing supported CPUs, memory slots and limits, and storage options, so you can check what a used unit should contain. Some variants differ in useful ways: the M920x, for example, has two M.2 SSD slots.
