Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p Tiny
The M93/M93p Tiny is Lenovo's Haswell-era 1-liter PC: Q87 chipset, 4th-gen Core i3, i5 and i7 T-series CPUs (dual-core i3-4130T up to the quad-core, eight-thread i7-4785T), DDR3-1600 SO-DIMMs (16 GB max), and a single 2.5-inch SATA bay. There is no M.2 SSD slot at all, and Wi-Fi uses an older Mini PCIe card. Video is VGA plus DisplayPort, with HDMI or a second DisplayPort as an option, and it has five USB 3.0 ports and Intel I217-LM gigabit Ethernet with AMT on vPro units. It is the cheapest way into a Tiny, fine for Pi-hole, DNS or a small Linux service. A SATA SSD is the only fast storage, and its CPUs are not on Microsoft's Windows 11 list.

Check before you buy
- Budget for a 2.5-inch SATA SSD; there is no M.2 slot, so the single bay is the only internal storage.
- Note that i5-4570T is dual-core with four threads while the i5-4590T is a true quad-core; check which one is listed.
- Memory is DDR3 SO-DIMM with a 16 GB ceiling, so DDR4 sticks from newer Tinys will not fit.
- Off-lease units can arrive with a BIOS administrator (supervisor) password still set; confirm you can enter BIOS setup before the return window closes.
- None of its CPUs are on Microsoft's Windows 11 supported list.
General off-lease checks (BIOS passwords, Computrace, missing drive caddies) are in the used mini PC buying checklist.
