The EliteDesk 800 G5 Desktop Mini is the 2019 refresh of the 800 G4 chassis for 9th-gen Coffee Lake Refresh CPUs, with the Core i5-9500T and the eight-core i7-9700T most common on the used market. It keeps the G4's layout of two M.2 NVMe slots, a 2.5-inch bay, two SO-DIMM slots and a configurable rear port. Hardware-corner lists 64 GB of RAM as the maximum, up from the G4's official 32 GB. It's a good fit for a Proxmox or Plex node when you want eight cores in a 1-liter box. The i7-9700T has no Hyper-Threading, so it's eight threads total. HP's own G5 documentation was thin when we checked, so confirm the exact CPU and adapter on the listing.
