Intel NUC 13 Pro (NUC13ANK / NUC13ANH)

The NUC 13 Pro was one of the last NUC generations Intel launched itself before ASUS took over the NUC business. It uses soldered 13th-gen Raptor Lake chips, from the Core i3-1315U through the i5-1340P and i7-1360P, with vPro on the i5-1350P and i7-1370P. It still uses DDR4 (two SO-DIMMs, 64 GB), not DDR5. You get an M.2 2280 Gen4 NVMe slot, an M.2 2242 slot, a 2.5-inch bay on the tall version only, 2.5 GbE, two Thunderbolt 4/USB4 ports and two HDMI ports. STH measured 4.5-8 W at idle on an i7-1360P. That combination makes it a strong low-power Proxmox, Plex or desktop box, with Intel Iris Xe Quick Sync for transcoding on i5 and i7 models.

Buying guide

Which one to buy

Oct 4, 2026

96 NUC 13 Pro listings are active, a mix of Intel- and ASUS-branded units (ASUS took over the NUC line), and most complete ones run $440–675 delivered, though complete i5 units start around $350. Many are barebones kits with no RAM, SSD or OS, so price those against a complete unit and buy DDR4 SO-DIMMs, not DDR5. Check the chassis (NUC13ANK is the slim one, NUC13ANH the tall one with a 2.5-inch bay) and that i5/i7 units come with the 120 W 20 V adapter. Skip identical listings from several sellers, including a $999 32 GB unit whose photo another seller uses at the same price.
